JobSA360 is an independent, South African-owned career information platform. Our mission is simple: make it easier for every South African — regardless of background or province — to find and access legitimate career opportunities in one trusted place.
Our Mission
South Africa has one of the highest youth unemployment rates in the world. One of the contributing factors is a simple information gap — many young South Africans simply do not know what opportunities exist, or how to access them.
JobSA360 was created to close that gap. We aggregate government vacancies, bursaries, learnerships, internships, and career guidance in one place — and we present it clearly, honestly, and for free.
We do not charge job seekers. We do not ask for CVs. We do not act as middlemen. We point people directly to official sources so they can apply on their own terms.
What We Stand For
These principles guide every decision we make about what to publish, how to present it, and how to serve our users.
We are clear about who we are and what we do. We are not a recruiter, employer, or government body. We are an independent information platform — nothing more, nothing less.
We verify every listing before publishing and link directly to the official source. When a listing expires, we remove it. We would rather publish fewer listings than publish inaccurate ones.
Career information should be free and easy to find. We will never charge job seekers for access to listings, career guides, or alerts. This commitment is non-negotiable.
We do not promote fraudulent opportunities. We include scam warnings on every relevant page. If something looks suspicious, we do not publish it — full stop.
South Africa's workforce is diverse. We publish opportunities for all qualification levels — from those without matric to postgraduate degree holders — across all nine provinces.
We are always working to improve the quality, depth, and usefulness of what we publish. Your feedback directly shapes how this platform evolves.
Our Journey
JobSA360 grew out of a frustration that many South Africans share — the difficulty of finding reliable, up-to-date career information in one place. Government vacancies were scattered across dozens of department websites. Bursary closing dates changed without warning. Learnership listings were buried in SETA portals that were hard to navigate.
We set out to build the platform we wished had existed when we were starting out. One that was honest about what it is, free to use, and genuinely useful to a South African looking for their next opportunity.
Today, JobSA360 is developed and maintained by AM Technologies, a South African digital development team committed to building tools that solve real problems for real people.
Frustrated by scattered, unreliable job listing sites, we begin building a clean, honest alternative focused on the South African market.
Government vacancies and bursaries are published for the first time. Every listing links directly to the official source — a principle we have never abandoned.
We expand to cover SETA learnerships and begin publishing original career guidance written specifically for the South African context.
Internships and graduate programmes are added. The weekly email alert service launches. We begin covering opportunities in all nine provinces consistently.
JobSA360 is redesigned from the ground up with a focus on trust, clarity, and Google-friendly original content — better for users and better for search engines.
Setting Expectations
We believe in being upfront. Here is exactly what you can and cannot expect from us.
Our Promise
These are not aspirations — they are the standards we hold ourselves to every day.
JobSA360 will always be free for job seekers. We will never introduce paid tiers that hide listings or career guides behind a paywall.
Every listing will always link to the official employer, government department, or institution. We will never create dead-end pages that keep you on our site.
We check for new opportunities and remove expired listings every working day. You will not find a listing on this site with a deadline from three months ago.
We will never publish an opportunity that we suspect is fraudulent, and we will always include scam warnings where they are relevant to protect our users.
